Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, contact us at admin@readytofly.app within 30 days of your initial purchase.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Our Services provide educational information and self-help tools. They do NOT:

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ALERTAHORA LLC.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to any affiliate or successor.
